Most companies are accustomed to thinking digital transformation in terms of 2- and 3-year plans. But in the current environment, that’s unrealistic: transformation means actually putting new products into the market now, to meet customer needs and to drive revenue.

In just two weeks, Vistaprint‘s overhauled its supply chain and launched a line of reusable masks for both adults and children —with a slick new e-commerce platform— to quickly help people protect themselves and each other. In addition, 10% of proceeds go to helping small businesses impacted by Covid-19.

In this session, Vistaprint CMO Ricky Engelberg and their digital product partner Work & Co will discuss what it took to ship a new e-commerce site in less than three weeks. They’ll also share learnings about building consensus rapidly among senior leaders, and how to use real-time collaborative tools — from Figma to Slack — to help close feedback loops and get to launch fast.

Ricky Engelberg

Ricky Engelberg is the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Vistaprint, the marketing partner to millions of small businesses around the world. As CMO, Ricky oversees all Marketing, Customer Experience, and Digital Product focused on driving Vistaprint forward as the marketing partner for every small business owner. Ricky has led the global company’s COVID-19 business and marketing strategy, spearheading the development of new product offerings, and evolving how Vistaprint serves its small business partners and consumers alike.

Ricky joined Vistaprint in September 2019 after almost two decades at Nike and Converse helping drive the creation of Nike+, the Nike+ Fuelband, and Connected Product. He spent his first decade at Nike focused on the rapid growth of Digital Marketing around the world and in every category. Ricky received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Georgia.

Rachel Bogan

Rachel Bogan is Partner of Product Management at Work & Co, a design and technology firm with offices in the US, South America and Europe. As one of the top execs at the 350-person company — with clients that include Apple, IKEA, Mailchimp, Bottega Veneta, and Mercedes — she helps guide digital strategy and execution for everyone from Fortune 500 companies to Valley startups. They seek her product expertise to transform their businesses via new web, mobile and e-commerce platforms. Before joining Work & Co in 2014, she held leadership roles at digital agencies such as Huge and Digitas. There she developed extensive experience shipping large-scale digital products and services for the likes HBO, Chase, Amex, and Diageo. Rachel holds an M.B.A. in Product Management and Entrepreneurship from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
