As the path to purchase becomes increasingly digital-first, retailers’ mobile and ecommerce capabilities are taking on greater precedence within the customer experience. Fast, flexible, and reliable fulfillment. Personalization at scale. Seamless, accurate checkout. Each of these amplified needs has created an unprecedented requirement for a true omnichannel experience, where consumers are able to interact with retailers through their preferred digital channel and have the same, ‘tailored to me’ experience each time.
Join Scott Lachut, PSFK’s President of Research and Strategy, and Megan Higgins, Vice President and General Manager, eCommerce and Marketplaces at Avalara, for a conversation of key findings from the Digital Commerce Playbook, a recently released report from the two organizations.
What viewers will come away with:
•Key insights into changing consumer expectations around personalized ecommerce journeys
•An understanding of important trends and technologies to adopt to create best-in-class experiences
