She runs product and engineering for all digital experiences across web, mobile, and living room applications within the FOX brands notably foxsports.com, fox.com, Fox Sports App, Fox NOW and Fox Nation. She is also the group Chief Information Security Officer, responsible for the cyber security posture of the business. Melody also serves as the President of Blockchain Creative Labs, a Fox Entertainment Web3 media company.
Before joining Fox, she was an executive vice president of Palantir Technologies. An early employee of the company, she led Palantir’s work in cyber security, anti- money laundering, and anti-fraud. She began her career consulting to the United States Department of Defense where she designed military and strategy wargames.
Val Vacante is an award-winning global innovator; as the VP of Solutions Innovation at Dentsu, she uncovers cultural trends, commerce dynamics and emerging technologies to shape next-generation product innovations, and solutions impacting the way people connect and experience in the physical and digital world.

A curator, creative maven, and connector, she has represented some of the world’s leading artists over the last two decades. Specialist areas include art, design, illustration, CGI, animation, experiential, and digital innovation – most recently the metaverse and NFTs.
Diana is a seasoned marketer with a background working with high-growth, early stage consumer brands. Previously Endeavor, Lyft, and Maisonette. She is also a volunteer for prison reform organization and a nature lover.
Justine Vilgrain is a creative concepteur based between Paris and New York, and the co-founder of Braw Haus, a creative studio specializing in digital art and experimental advertising. In 2019 she created “Certified Dyslexic” a stamp that is applied to the signature of emails or on a school copy to stop prejudices about Dyslexia. From a young age, Justine has always been interested in technology and is also the co-founder of NFT Factory, a web3 company providing a unique space to discover NFTs, network and build projects on Web3.
Izadora brings her multidisciplinary expertise within Web 3, NFTs and Design into MA+ as Strategic Web 3 Community Manager. Born and raised in Japan, Izadora later lived and worked in Tokyo, São Paulo, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York, and is currently living with her family in Amsterdam. She manoeuvres through different mediums as a meta poet across markets both analog and digitally.
