Retail disruptions are driving rapid innovation across the shopper journey, and accelerating the rate at which consumer technology is deployed and adopted.

With a focus on the future of store experiences, creative agencies Rehab and YourStudio explore how technology will bring today’s tech-first consumer experience to life within this Future Visions session. 

Zeroing in on the Home & Garden sector, Rob Bennett, CEO, Rehab, will present a video concept and related insights pertaining to the in-store browsing experience, and how digitally augmented experiences will ultimately drive customers back into the store.

Tom Edington, Creative Director, YourStudio London, and Holly Simpson, Managing Director, YourStudio London, will visually explore the future of automotive, demonstrating how virtual showrooms will remotely connect auto consumers with physical vehicles, and offer immersive experience whether they visit a dealership IRL or online.

As the Creative Director of Experiential for YourStudio London, Tom’s role is in supporting the YS team and their clients to give them the confidence to express themselves, and create the transformative experiences that will genuinely connect brands to people.

Rob Bennett

Rob Bennett is CEO of Rehab, a leading creative technology company that specializes in delivering 1:1 consumer experiences for today’s premium brands. Headquartered in London with offices in New York City, Warsaw and Los Angeles, rehab delivers emerging technology solutions and services across multiple disciplines including strategy, creative, user experience (UX), design, creative technology and development. Rob’s fresh outlook has been published in the likes of AdWeek, The Drum and Real Business.
