Applying Concierge Services To The Shopper Experience


Beauty retailer Deciem is assisting customers through remote consultations that connect shoppers with retail associates over videos, instant messages, or live video chats to discuss product application. Through the service Deciem At Home, users can send real time pictures of their beauty concerns (i.e. skincare) to experts ready to recommend the appropriate products and/or techniques.

Co-Founder Nicola Kilner will walk through the beauty brand’s journey and how they continue to innovation the customer experience.
