The New Consumer Behaviors That Will Reshape The Physical Store

Agile-retail expert Melissa Gonzalez will speak about how accelerated adoption of new consumer behaviors will reshape the physical store in the future, specifically:

•The design and functionality of the cash wrap
•The storefront window
•Allocation of front of house vs. back of house to better serve the new logistical needs (store as a point of fulfillment while also a place for discovery for others) and customer expectations
•Acceleration of unified commerce experience

What viewers will come away with
•Ways to rethink the in-store experience for a more digitized world.
•How value and convenience can be married with experiential design.
•How to think holistically about the evolving customer journey.

Key reflection questions
•What does the in-store check out look like in the future?
•How do I create an agile environment that can flex for a store with a digital backbone?
•How do I balance digitization with touch-feel?
